GRIZLY Vitals – Privacy Policy

1. Overview

GRIZLY Vitals ("the App") is an internal business dashboard operated by GRIZLY s.r.o. It displays key performance indicators (KPIs) to authorized team members. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. Data We Collect

  • Apple ID email address – obtained through Sign in with Apple to verify your identity and check access authorization.
  • Apple ID user identifier (sub) – a unique, app-scoped identifier provided by Apple.
  • Display name – your first and last name from Apple, shown in the app for personalization.

We do not collect device identifiers, location data, usage analytics, or any form of tracking data.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Authentication – your email is checked against an authorized-users list to grant or deny access.
  • Session management – we issue JSON Web Tokens (JWT) stored securely in your device's Keychain to keep you signed in.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party.

4. Data Storage

  • On device – authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. Cached KPI data is stored in the app's shared container.
  • On server – your email is used only at login time for authorization. We do not maintain a persistent user database.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Apple Sign-In – authentication is handled by Apple's identity service. Apple's privacy policy applies to their service.

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

6. Data Retention

We do not store personal data on the server beyond the login request. Authentication tokens expire automatically (access tokens after 1 hour, refresh tokens after 30 days). You can sign out at any time, which deletes all local tokens and cached data.

7. Your Rights

You can request deletion of any data associated with your account by contacting us. Signing out of the app removes all locally stored data.
